Whats the deal with this drug? does anyone know anything about it and would like to share their info? All i know is that they put some kind of salt in it to dramatically reduce bioavailability..

I've not heard of it myself I am afraid - a quick search on BL comes up with this thread. A google search doesn't reveal much more than the wikipedia page and one Erowid experience (search yourself, amd not spoon feeding you everything :D)
Sounds like an euphoric opioid with high addiction potential - that's all I can find. Not sure about bioavailability I'm afraid.
Maybe someone else knows more...?

yea trust me ive done research on this drug and cant find much. I guess im one of the lucky few who has a grandpa who is prescribed them, and have thus tried them. Honestly, with all the hush hush on this drug, i still think oxycontin kicks its ass any day...
What is it like compared to oxy in your experience?
(You could always write a trip report in this forum too if you want to write something a bit longer than a few lines..)

honestly it was not good at all.. i popped four 5 mg tabs at the same time.. didnt feel anything besides a faint buzz. (although that was after a couple days of using oxycontin) then went to snorting one, felt it a little more but still not comparable to snorting 40 mg oc, then said screw it and snorted a 20 mg oc, and got pretty damn high.
the pharmacists have done something to make this pill unabusable, unless u take like 100 mg of it, which im not too likely to try.
ive heard ppl can shoot it, and they have supplements u can plug. maybe the ones i have are pluggable too but who knows? these might make the effect stronger.
but IMO stick to oc's if u want that good high.

Ketobemidone is close to drugs like pethidine and its 3'-hydroxy friend.
Wiki says doses between 10 and 25mg are used for pain relief.

To the best of my knowledge, Ketogan tabs don't contain any ingredients to lower bioavailability. It's just that ketobemidone HCl has poor oral bilavailability in the first place. You might want to try plugging them, IME they're a lot better that way. I had them for some time after surgery while I was living in Sweden, I absolutely loved those pills.
I think you might have to up the dose a bit if you're used to blowing OC40s. Ketobemidone and oxycodone are in the same league, potency-wise.
While ketobemidone is structurally closely related to pethidine/meperidine, it doesn't feel anything like pethidine. None of that initial speediness and subsequent nasty anticholinergic stupor, just pure opioid bliss.
