two weeks ago i did a .5 of k about 16 hours after working out. I did about a .5 which was enough for me to have mental hallucinations. Usually after a hard workout I find that it takes me 2 days till my muscles are no longer sore but after taking K I felt no pain at all even 12 hours after using. Any one else have similar stories? I don't use K often but in the future I think I am only going to use it after working out because then i get a good high and my muscles dont hurt.

Although I have very VERY limited experiences with special K, I recently have had a LOT of experience with a related NMDA antagonist - DXM.

The analgesic properties of dissociatives can be really amazing, especially at the low doses (I was taking plateau 1 doses of DXM, so I don't know what the equivalent dose of ket would be in this case).

It you'd like to experiment more with this, might I suggest a piracetam regiment. Apparently racetams block the dissociative effect of dissociative NMDA antagonists such as ket and DXM. That might make it possible to experiment with it at lower, purely analgesic doses on a more everyday, sort of regular basis. I don't know if you wanna give up that lovely feeling, blissful in so many ways, of dissociation though :p

Gotta love ADD for teaching me all this. I<3those_nerds

Ketamine is an excellent analgesic (painkiller), it's not used as such mostly because of the risk of hallucinations, mania, and abuse.
