I saw a few pills on dancesafe that had only a little dose of MDMA, mixed with ketamine and the reaction was typical black/purple. This is bad...
What will be the reaction, if a pill have only ketamine ?

ketamine will give a brown/orange reaction with the E2. i've confirmed this with vet grade k. we find a lot of australian pills that contain both ketamine and amphetamine.
and yes, if a pill has any MDxx in it the reaction from both main testers will be purple/black, regardless of what else is in the pill, as any other colour changes will be masked. this is not news.

MDMA and Ketamine (in one pill) do not produce a reaction with at least some brown/orange for Ketamine with E2 ?

Don't know. We've tested quite a few pills through the enlighten stall, but if we get something a bit 'odd' we don't know if its sample 'poisoning' (eg kept in a baggie lined with another chem) poor light, just a bad mdma synth. It may be the case that we have come across pills with this mix but don't know if the mdma reaction compeletely overwhelms any K reaction or not. Now with the introduction of www.pilltest.com perhaps the odd sample can be sent over for real lab testing.
