Help! Ketamine/Trazodone Sleeplessness?

I recently had my first IV therapeutic ketamine drip for depression and anxiety. The first round of ketamine drip was to find my base dosage for 5 more treatments. I take 75 mg trazodone to help with sleep. I believe both are NMDA receptor antagonists?

They usually put people right to sleep, but I had a night of sleeplessness and got about an hour of a bad dream in. Could I get other BL opinions on why this may have caused such bad sleep?
