Ketamine testing + as Cocaine

Perhaps if it was cocaine that was being tested - maybe you thought it was ketamine? Maybe the cop found a bag of coke and didnt find the ketamine? Perhaps they actually got your 20 scak of ketamine in Juans evidence bag, and they dumped his 7 kilos of coke in yours...
Ask your lawyer (or legal aide if yer broke) why this happened, because ketamine shouldn't produce a false-positive for cocaine in any law enforcement spec analysis.. perhaps the ketamine was cut with coke?

Thanks for the reply. Im trying to get a copy of the police report. I know for a fact that it was straight Ketamine. Right now since it was my first offense they are puttin me in a diversion program. Im not sure what this entails since i cant find anything about it on the net and also i havent actually met with anyone yet about it. The Stuff was also found on the ground in front of my friend and I i dont know how much of a diffrence this makes. But i was told that it was not put in the police report also they did a field test on the stuff to see if it was cocaine and it came up negative. Apprently they decided to not put that in the report either.

Diversion basically entails the cops running your life for a little while. Curfews, drug tests (which you get to pay for), community service, etc. ... but it's better than jail/probation.

Ahh.. pre-trial diversion... you have nothing to worry about, don't even bother trying to get any lab reasults.. you will have to take a class called: RAVERS, JUKINES, AND TEENAGE MOTHERS! How to prevent yourself from turning into these things! .. well, I forget if thats the title but thats basically it.. you will have to take a few drug test and the first one comes at the courthouse when you sign the papers, so DON'T SMOKE ANY MARY JANE WITHIN A MONTH OF COURT! You might get a fine and possibly some community service, but the kick-ass thing about PTD is that even if you don't do all your shit they wont send you to jail, you get like a warning in the mail thretening to have your drivers licence taken away...

This one post has answered more questions then like 10 phone calls to the NOPD they just keep tellin my mom and i some bull about they really arent at liberty to say or they dont know. Thanks for all the help. Its gonna be tough to quit smokin for a whole month but ohh well. One other question how do these things feel about Foxy ? Will i get in trouble if i use it while on this program ?

Foxy is safe to use as they use a NIDA-5 insta test - Amphetamines (this includes ecstasy), Marijuana, Opiates, Cocaine, and PCP ... still, you might live in one of those nice counties where they send your first sample away for a full-scale GC/MS test..
See, usually when you actually sign the papers for the PTI/PTD you're dropped right there, of course, testing positive wont get you in more trouble, but it DOES make you look like a drug user and you might be ordered to take the FULL battery of drug treetment options - shit like 1-on-1 counseling, group, NA meetings, etc... and if you piss dirty on that first test you're DEFINITLY in for LOTS of RANDOM TESTS which just suck ..
