Abusing any drug to ridiculous extremes is always bad for you.

I think it generally goes that abusing the fuck out of ketamine will definitely have its long term health consequences for you regarding your kidney and bladders...

But if you're an occasional user, its prolly not an issue.

That website has been posted a few times now and is full of bullshit, misinformation and propaganda. Extreme abuse of ketamine can certainly cause problems (especially kidney/bladder type issues) but unless you're using several grams a day you're unlikely to have any such problems. Just keep use responsible and you'll be fine
