Ketamine induced depersonalization

I have recently started going through ECT or (electro- convulsant therapy) in which you have to be knocked out in order for the proceedure to be preformed using anesthesia and they are also using ketamine to regulate the anesthesia which is a nmda antagonist. I've noticed I've been getting really bad residual depersonalization after receiving treatments. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to counteract the depersonalization side effect that seems to linger after using ketamine

In my experience it goes away with time but this is one reason I stay away from dissociatives they always leave me feeling lifeless like not even a human being.
