Ketamine IM - sore muscle/warm/hard

IM'ing a lot of Ket from Dec-Feb, not since - the injection sites on my shoulders, right butt cheek and both calf muscles have returned to normal, no pain - but my left butt cheek has two hard circular growths about the width of my index finger, they hurt to touch/massage - and haven't seemed to have gone down at all in the past month.

I don't think they are abscess' ? my skin is not red or bulged out.

Anyone have any insight?
