Ketamine Discussion - Quality & Regional Info III

Just picked up some lovely s-isomer yesterday that came from Bristol. Best I've had in a long time. Holed on 250mg.
Big jagged crystals. Cost £20/g. Great headspace & return to baseline is super fast. Just a shame I don't have much of it!
 
I've just come across a medical condition for which it is apparently common to be treated with doses of 40-90mg ketamine several times a day for up to ten days, with amazing positive results.

It's called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.

Far out.
 
Lots and lots of ket about here at the minute but it aint top quality, just standard racemic that'll get you wonky but nothing super potent. Good to see the availability of it though, few mates of mine have been on it solidly daily for about 2 months now though which aint sounding too good for their health.
 
Just picked up half a G of some of the best racemic I've seen since the drought. Looks like the huuuge oldschool indian crystals. Would have posted a pic but I crushed it all before realising :(

I believe it has also been used to treat Phantom Limb Pain, at least a read about a successful trial....it was also found to be 'armless (sorry)
 
Been used succesfully to treat depression too. Was a fella who used to post over in OD who was on a US pilot scheme (in Washington, I think) who was scripted ketamine for chronic depression who said it was working wonders for him. The script came in the form of a nasal spray. Vaguely recall reading a similar tale here from someone in France too. Mentioned this to me doc one time when we were discussing options. He smiled, said it was a nice try, but also that he'd look into the research out of interest. *fingers firmly crossed*

This stuff turned out to be crap. Either it was some strange K analogue like ethyl ketamine (the effects were similar) or somebody's worked out how to cut ket the thenen granulate/crystalise it into the nice big square crystals again. Gonna be everywhere over the manc scene so try before you buy!

The reason methoxetamine was created in the first place was because it was believed to be a more effective cure for Phantom Limb Pain than ketamine. A belief that turned out to be fact.
The recreational/therapeutic effects of methoxetamine were just a welcome bonus once it's analgesic/anesthetic effects were sufficient enough to provide relief from Phantom Limb Pain.
 
As you well no Cornishman ive had the same problam. ive been fine sometimes and badly sick on others. on the same batch, strangly enough if i do a huge hit im fine but its the smaller ones that gets my stomach. Just gunna stick to the S K which it back again... Happy days
 
The S-ket seems to be a-flowin' in many areas. Have mentioned it several times to one or two folks here who head up to Brizzle to score but it's not really summat they tend to ask after. Hopefully one or two of said people may consider doing so sometime soon ;)

£25/g here too so I'm sticking to MXE for the time being;the guys I get it off are traveling to Manchester for it. Too expensive :(
 
Got bored & checked the local stuff, strange as fuck, tastes like k and feels mildly like k but just dumbs you down slightly & confuses you, done it 5 times most in 9 months and 40mg IM from a vial has me ketamized, but a ~180 iv shot was just plain odd, no k-hole nothing even remotely like that, and i could walk and talk just fine after a brief spell of semi-confusion. Sound like tiletamine or summat? Had no idea fake k had become so widespread :(
 
There is a lot of different K in Leeds mate, both my flatmates are big into it every night. They have occasionally gotten shit but it mostly seems to be good enough to wonk em out or actual stuff that gets people fucked having those crazy little K moments. It could be that they are buying off students who might be getting there stuff from outside of town not sure. Certainly ain't the days when everyone and their dog was selling it around the student parts and it was always good, but seems to be better than it was a year ago?

Don't take the stuff anymore but can say from the last few months of being back that there is proper about in west Yorks, just less people with it, higher prices and the occasional batch of crap. Pretty much the same in Manc from what I hear, big drought is over and it ain't back like it was but easy to find and of course demand is still high
