K pains is definatly subjective to the persons body. It only effects about 20% of K users and why that 20% might get it while the other 80% doesn't, doctors arent sure.hardly any to be honest, probably did about 2 grams total last 2 months. About 500mg-600mg new years, 100mg friday, 300mg 2 nights ago. Very small amounts of MXE here and there, last time was ~100mg NYE
I think I have issues down there anyway, had a hernia operation with a patch fitted 10 years ago and seem to have a left testical issue (varicocele?) so perhaps I am very sensitive to it.

How much and often you dose is obviously a factor but theres more at play. I knew a girl who was a k-tard (+7g a day) never once had K-cramps but her bladder was in such bad condition she had to have reconstruction surgery. I've gotten K cramps plenty of times though my GF, who's been doing ket for as long as i have and in about the same amounts, has never had cramps.
When doing K stay away from sugary, greasy, acidic, bitter etc foods. I stick with drinking loads of water to keep your system flushing.I havent found it to aggravate it too much unless i drink orange juice and do k.
