The drought has been over since oktober or so and it's still getting better; with the first people having some again in late september and most sources having ketamine again starting early oktober. For a while all the ketamine was exactely the same S-ketamine (except for litteraly one source, the one from september had racemic K, still do by the way and still the same stuff too); either way recently it seems almost back to how it was in the past; there's both racemic and S-ketamine going around at somewhat normal prices (20-30 euro's for a gram at a party, 15-20 euro's for a gram if you buy from people that know and like you, for as far as I know that's always been rather normal).
Now the only difference is that the crystals are smaller, doesn't matter which ketamine it is it's always rather powdery while in the spring and summer most ketamine was cubes or needles, larger crystals, and I believe most of the ketamine now is either cut a bit of sythesised a bit poorer, being around 75-80% instead of the normal 86%. Either way, it's everywhere again and finally racemic ketamine is also everywhere again, the times of walking onto a (tekno) rave, asking the first best random person you meet wether they know a person who sells ketamine and they reply 'well Í sell ketamine' are back, atleast in the Netherlands. Not sure why it's so different for the UK, maybe because you're across water? I don't know really, but I'm pretty sure the drought is getting fixed all over europe and it just takes time to get back to how it was before the drought.
