Hi, the beginning of this week I got a really good connection for K. I've been sniffing it daily ever since. My usage is low, it'll take me a few days to go through a gram.

Would this kind of usage cause severe damage to my kidneys and bladders, to the point where it's irreversible?

I know that, but how much will I have to be doing daily to experience bladder damage, say under a year?

An educated estimate, probably 1 - 2g (I.M.) per day for a month could get you to feeling symptoms. However this example is if you've been snorting it semi-regularly for years prior. I would Guess weekend usage only would not be enough for real harm.

YMMV

It's impossible to put a hard number on it, but in general usage of more than a gram a day is going to end you in trouble. Some people are more predisposed to bladder damage than others, too, and IV/IM usage will also exacerbate the issue.

It's likely you can get away with occasional use for a long time before anything bad happens. If you are doing a gram a day though that's another story.

Just pay attention to your body. If you start to get signs you're not taking care of it... listen to them.

I have bladder damage I believe that ketamine had a part in. I used it heavely recreationally for a couple years before I started having lots of pain. And I continued to use very heavily for years after. Some days using 3-10 grams a day iv or im after years of sniffing it. The damage is irreversible and I havent used k in over a year. I have an old roomate who has the same symptoms after years of k abuse. My advice would be to stay away. Its a very addictive drug if you can get it cheap like I could. And I got addicted to opiates to deal with the pain so quit while you are ahead.
