Interesting article, this in particular:

"Its short half-life of 17 minutes and a fast clearance
from the urine within two hours make its detection
a near impossibility in the clinical setting"
 
Yeah i suppose thats when going by injection, after thats cleared there is still loads of nor-ketamine swimming about though, thats why you still feel it i'd imagine.

Haway man. I wasn't joking, I'm not doing K with other people again. Until that day it was a solitary luxury, something to make me lie back and retreat into my own little bizarre world for a while. Going mad and not knowing what I was doing wasn't actually much fun. Sorry. :( I do like to get fucked up, but I much prefer to stay in THIS dimension while doing so.

The only time I've ever had a bad exerience on K was when I was out at the pub with folk, only had two pints mind, then came home and snorted quite a bit of it and lay in bed and it hit me pretty hard and with the lights off I was convinced the folk I had just been at the pub with were sitting at the other side of my room and I couldn't bloody stand up well enough to get my light on, had to crawl over which took me about 10 minutes and I was getting quite panicked cos I was thinking how the hell did you get in my house what are you doing?! But when the lights came on it all went away and the rest of the trip was fun :)
 
If it makes you feel any better Spade I woke up with piss on the sheets in Aberdeen. Far too many pills and had been drinking water and beer all night without going for one single pish. It all came out, nearly flooded the room, surprised we never fell through the floorboards.

It's just one of these things.

Ha ha....I didn't actually piss my self, I just thought I had because I was dying for a piss before I took the Ket but couldnt because of the pills. I snorted the line of ket planning on getting a piss straight afterwards but when I stood up I think I just fell back down and went into cloud cuckoo land. Wasn't pleasent. :(

I don't really know. Insanity. Being completely out of control and not knowing what was going on. Speaking and not knowing that I was speaking. Remembering bits of it the next day and dying of embarrassment. :\
