I read both substances work on NMDA receptor. Is it ok if I take magnesium supplement with my dinner and then do a few lines of Ketamine afterwards? Do they affect each other? Should I wait some time between dosing these two? (I am taking Mg supplements every day, just for healthy reason not to increase drugs effects). Thanks.

It's fine to take the two together, there have been reports of some potentiation (though the user reporting this complained that this led to greater amnesiac effects than they would have preferred), and some research turned up this " Ketamine and Mg2+ inhibit functioning of recombinantly expressed NR1/NR2A and NR1/NR2B glutamate receptors, and combinations of the compounds act in a super-additive manner. These findings may explain, in part, why combinations of ketamine and Mg2+ are more effective analgesics than either compound alone."

Magnesium and Zinc are voltage-dependent NMDA antagonist, which means that they will never antagonize the NMDAR enough to affect cognition or memory, and won't make you trip.

On the other hand, Ketamine/PCP/MXE/DXO are voltage-independent NMDA antagonists.

Basically, I wouldn't worry about adding on voltage-dependent NMDAR antagonists to voltage-independent ones. Happy travels :)
