I was watching an anastetic Doctor who mentioned a few drugs, one was ketamine
Basically your body goes offline as he put it, at a certain dose
Different than sleep, as your trusting the people to take care of you in a medical setting
If done alone what exactly is the point of going into anesthesia or going offline, like parts of the brain stop communicating, which they do during sleep, is this of any benefits to brain and body?
I've heard it helps neuroplasticity, glutamine, and yes I feel different afterwards but I don't understand how this can be beneficial for a person from a health standpoint
I'm skeptical about k clinics making these claims , for depression even though I've done it maybe once or twice total offline, where I wake up, and know I was gone, akin to being knocked out, lights out, when that happened when I last boxed someone, I knew I went offline , when I woke up
Most times was more in a dream state where I watched TV and maybe saw things that weren't there or the bright orange colors were so intense I was overwhelmed and simply had to close my eyes, it was too much and unpleasant
