Ketamine and depression

I have been reading some of the interesting threads about ketamine and depression. I have suffered depression for a decade and nothing really works so now I will try ketamine. I have a questin though.

I am using srsi and they do help a little bit. Should one end srsi when using ketamine or is it perfectly ok to keep using srsi when starting ketamine?

I think I will try ketamine in the way where I only take it every 2 weeks or so. At least at first.

After doing a quick search and a little reading it seems to me that K and an SSRI like zoloft is safe, just be careful and start small. Also maybe do some more research of your own first.
