Ketamine 1st time

Ive got 100mg of ketamine and im wondering should i insufflate or take it orally? id prefer orally but will I loose some of the effects or need bigger dosage? I havent tried K yet and im also wondering if i have enough to invite a friend? Just need some insight on this and any help is appreciated ;)

Insufflate it. Oral ketamine is really inefficient.


If you split it two ways, you'll get effects off it, but 50mg of ket isn't a very large dose, and even for an NMDA-antagonist naive individual, that may not be enough to get where you would want to.

allrighty, insufflation it is. I hope I get 1 dose of it for my friend aswell; dont like tripping alone :p
 
Yeah you can split 100 mg (insufflated) between two people if you have no experience (and thus no tolerance) with it.

Oral doses are much higher and are described as more bodily/physical and longer lasting. If I'm not mistaken it creates norketamine through first-pass metabolism, every K user should know what it feels like namely as the after-effect. Personally I don't really appreciate it so that makes the appeal for oral dosing really minimal.

i think, with a full dose of ketamine, it doesn't really matter if you're alone or not.

i insufflated K once and while tripping with eyes open (we watched a movie) i wasn't aware anymore of my own body and in a serious state of dissociation for the next 1-2 hours (don't know how long excactly as time doesn't matter much either). Not to mention that i didn't care for my friend lying next to me tripping hard too. if i can get some K again in the future, i'd rather take it alone, really. i think it isn't much of a social drug in serious doses.

i'd recommend having a trip-sitter though if you just aren't confident with being alone.
 
I agree it's probably the least social drug at above-threshold doses... still it is remotely worth something to share it with someone else, the coming up and the coming down at the least. It's like going to the movie theater together, personally I am often hardly interacting at all with my friends during an exciting movie but it is still good to do together just for the basic idea.

Though it can be somewhat disturbing to see your friends flying around somewhere in their minds, I've experienced some weird moments with friends for sure.

So, I guess its not a must to do together.
 
I doubt you would feel much, if anything off 100 mg Ketamine taken orally. Insuffliated, that should give you some pretty decent effects, but as its your first time, I wouldn't suggest doing all of that, as it would be way to intense.

Best idea would probably be to split it into 3 lots and do them each separated by 10-15 minutes, so you can guage the effects.
