Hello fellow bluelighters I just recently registered and was hoping to get some input on keeping down tolerance. I was wondering if there are any supplements/herbs one could take throughout the week or right before dosing that could help? And also Ive managed to keep my oxy use to 3 times a week but I do it three days in a row would it be better to skip a day in between? Any other ideas? Any responses would be appreciated and im excited to join the bluelight community! woooo
