kava kava doses

what's the filler? I would read up on the other ingredients to see if high levels of those can harm you. Otherwise I've read Kava kava is pretty weak, so you'd probably need quite a bit.

I think you've got the wrong substance if you want to: "trip out or wutever"
Kava really doesn't have much of a noticable effect..

It takes about 1 cup dried, crushed root. That is a lot more than 400mg. Read up about the traditional methods. Pills are crap. And Kava does have an effect if prepared properly.
It is not a party drug.
 
My bud has tried this before, taking a huge about of Kava Kava and he said the only difference he could see what that his legs felt funny. Try another drug.

I am sure your "Bud" is quite the expert, however, there are quite nice effects you can get from Kava Kava if you do it right. It is just not a head splitting, lsd, MDMA, 12 beers type of high.
