KAVA is now DUI

the dipshit above him did have a good point

plenty of car accidents involve either being tired or depressed.
What does that have to do with coffee and cigarettes? Confusing causation and correlation here, are we?

when i said he made a good point, i was referring to him bringing up how many things that impair driving that we ignore simply because they arent drugs (particularly driving depressed or fatigued, which contribute just as much as alcohol)

>>Confusing causation and correlation here, are we?>>

would you get into a car of someone who is so tired he walks wobbly, or is so sad he is barely in reality?

No, but that still has nothing to do with coffee and cigarettes (other than that the person migh have a cup or smoke one), which is my discontent with the subtopic at hand.

Would you get in a car with a serial killer AND convicted child molester? I wonder if that would contribute to driving safety.

i call bullshit on this article. i never drool on myself or swerve about while driving drunk.

"We're cracking down on DUI drivers," Feasel said. "Whether it's driving under the influence of kava, or a good merlot or Advil, you're going to be prosecuted."

I guess what got me a little cynical was the above comment. Driving under the influence of Advil?

And DIPSHIT?!?!

I'm so upset. Maybe a spin around the block at 80 MPH will make me feel better...

I'm very against driving under the influence, the only thing that I ever do is smoke and drive, but even at that point sometimes I feel like I can't drive, and I know some people who just don't pay enough attention when high. Driving drunk in my book is on the top of the list of things not to do. I haven't tried kava but if it impairs your coordination like a strong dose of xanax then I can understand that a DUI could be given for driving while under the influence of kava.

^- its always best to drive before the point of influence. "well officer, i was speeding because my beer is getting warm in the trunk"

yeh, really, is there like a breathalizer test on kava, why would you ever admit you took anything?

Yah if your drug tested, whatever is found is grounds for a DUI.. So if you know your shit meaning what they test for dont tell them what you have consumed. I had traffic school like a week ago and I was told you can get a ticket for driving tired.
