Kava Is Nice But

It last for such a short duration. Can I even say an hour? I guess. But those aren't very good returns for a substance.

It’s been a long time, and never really received a benefit. Last time I tried kava I used NOW brand capsules and got nauseas

i’ve had some kava tea and drinks that were nice. you’re right tho, it doesn’t last long whatsoever. i have some extract i haven’t tried yet. i like what I HAVE gotten from kava but its never been a lot. it’s nice but feels overhyped

Don't bother with teas or capsules, just get medium grind kava root powder from reputable vendors. To me it's my favorite drug for more everyday occassions, far better than alcohol or cannabis. And a lot to explore in terms of different chemotypes of cultivars, balances between heady/heavy, a galaxy of differently tasting mud, etc. Bula!

@agoraphobe The duration will likely depend on high much kavain there is in the chemotype you used, with some of the 6 other kavalactones having much different onset window. Cultivars with higher percentage of methysticin and dihydromethysticin will have a subjectively longer duration.

You need to load ur bkdy with a strong dose initially then just sip the rest of tje day.
