Probably no to sniffing and DEFINITELY smoking.

Horses for courses. Kava is not designed in any way for insufflation or combusted inhalation.

Kanna, Mulungu can be smoked.


First rule is - do no harm.

Even if kava extract does work those ways, it's fully improper use.


The 70% will be bs anyway.

Kavadepot tested at 32%.

Of a load of others, advertised 30-70%, none were above 5%.

The extract side of the kava industry and market is largely sham.

People eat apples and oranges, as intended purposed and designed by nature.

But only madpeople would take their apples rectally.

Just eat the extract, or drink real straight kava, or seek another DOC is the only sensible advice.
