Kapanol 100 24 release and 30mg sr(12 hour release)

Hi all this is my first post on a long journey for pain relief...At the moment I have been prescribed Kapanol 100mg slow release over 24 hrs after I had a brief stint on Jurnista 16mg modified release but before that I was on two 30 mg sr oxycontin twice a day(maybe a little more sometimes).

I hated the Jurnista gave me a gut ache and made me feel like crap and wanted off and back to Oxycontin but Doc , well she stuck me on Kapanol. What I want to know is can I take a 30mg oxy/sr with my dose of Kapanol? I have a high tolerance and was taking at times 6/30mg oxy's a day for a while. I miss the feel good feeling and have found some unused Oxys. Can anyone help and how can i get a feel good feeling from the Kapanol with out injecting and will it also cover the pain......Thanks

Morphine and oxycodone are both mu-opioid receptor agonists. They can be taken together and depending on the ROA (route of administration) one will be stronger than the other (morphine via IV and oxycodone via PO). Since you only have ER/SR (extended release/sustained release) available to you, it will be difficult to get an euphoric high without risking overdose or at least a long period of feeling sick.
