Opioids Kanna Snuff 40x extract & Dihydrocodeine

Does anybody know of the safety of using these two together in a small amounts once a week? I know Kanna would be a bad combination with Tramadol because of the serotonin. But I'm unsure if Dihydracodeine works in the same way.
Sorry if it's a stupid question and it's already been covered, but I've been looking for a while.
