I know this seems kinda gay as a guy but Ive always liked stuff like this, like lego I guess, love working with my hands figuring out how to do something well, then I move on, I a total weirdo.

Plus its an added bonus that I LOVE taking girls out looking super hot and unique.

I haven't, but the thought has definitely crossed my mind! Some of my friends have paid me for cuffs (I would make anything for friends for free but they insisted) but idk...when it comes to kandi I've only heard (and read on other sites) that it's no bueno because it goes against what kandi stands for. PLUR and trading and all that. I get it. That being said, I would LOVE to sell some kandi tops if people were interested and I wasn't offending anyone <3
 
I can respect that but if you're putting some serious thought and love into these things then there shouldn't be any reason you shouldn't be compensated! Like your friends, there are a lot of people that would be happy knowing that they helped you get some food and they got some kick ass kandi that you put a lot of love and work into! It's win/win. Besides, it's not like you're doing it for the money, it's just nice once in a while. :)

two triangles for a C-26 would use 702 beads. as for the straps (neck and back) it depends on the size of the person wearing. ~1000 beads is probably a good estimate? but definitely 702 exact for the two triangles of that size. Hey! This was so helpful. I have a pretty sick pattern, I was able to do the triangles, but once I get to making the straps, I am lost, can you explain again?

wow, so i'm crazy late to this thread cuz I can't really roll anymore, but HOLY SHIT AWESOME..... scubagirl you're kickass, all the bikinis in this thread make me reallllllly wanna make some kandi. excellent tutorial!
