K in the mail-Is it safe?

How safe is it to send and receive ketamine in the mail? Is there a high probability of being caught? Are there ways of reducing the chance of being caught?
 
it is pretty safe..id say if the sender does the right thing, you should have NO problems...
i'm assuming u and the sender are in the states right??
lil' doggies cant smell the K...
