Hello everyone, (mods; couldn't decide between bdd, cd, or ds forums but plz move to correct thread if needed)

I recently can't use thc due to probation, and weekly ua's, but I have recently started buying and using King Kyrpto's JWH-018 herbal incense. Before I quit smoking herb I was only smoking once a week because I was able to get thc out of my system before a ua but then got a new and bitchier p.o and decided to quit.

main point: I have been smoking this jwh-018 and have gained a psychological dependence and have been smoking this stuff for 3 days straight, and all day long. The dependence is far stronger then cannabis and I would like to know
-if anybody else has noticed this as well?
- Also, Is there any study's or facts that prove the chemical to be pretty addictive/non addictive that anyone has seen?
-if anyone has any good tips to kick this habit?

Just quit cold turkey. Don't be a pussy. It's not that much more addictive than regular cannabis.

There's no reason to believe it wouldn't be addictive. It's a pure full CB1 agonist as well as CB2 agonist. It will shut down your insulin-ghrelin hormonal axis in your brain and pancreas, leaving you hardly able to tolerate or digest food when you aren't stoned. Similar to the way adrenergic stimulant drugs can shut your thyroid hormonal axis down if you become reliant on them.

I have gone through some seriously bad JWH-018 withdrawal cold turkey. It felt like what people describe heroin withdrawal as, and I couldn't last 72 hours before I gave up quitting and started vaporizing JWH-018 again.

If you want to quit JWH-018, the absolute easiest way to do it is to replace it with real cannabis and taper off smoking one hitters of cannabis. The mix of agonists and antagonists in cannabis buds tends to do wonders for one's tolerance/addiction, just like Suboxone does for opioid addiction.

I've gone on JWH-blend and straight JWH benders several times. I "quit" without incident each time, lasting from a few weeks to once a few months. My biggest issues usually came on after about a day, and consisted of being a little cranky, somewhat disturbed sleep, and feeling a little down. Within two to three days of quitting, I was back to normal each time.

Relative to getting off of doctor-prescribed medications, it was an absolute cakewalk.

I get goosepimples, clammy skin, cold sweats, body temperature dysregulation, anxiety, back pain, headaches, nausea, loss of appetite from cold turkey JWH-018 withdrawal. This is only when using solely JWH-018. When smoking JWH-018 and cannabis both simultaneously regularly, the cannabis helps you taper off and the only issue I get from that is nausea.

If you are smoking a blend the level of consumption is probably signifigantly lower than someone consuming pure jwh-018 (just a guess).

I think you can tough out CT withdrawals. Or do what Coolio said, taper down with real weed.

I felt minor symptoms when stopping jwh-018 use after a 3 weeks use at about 30-40mg a day (1 gram in 3 weeks). All I really felt was a lack of appetite and had trouble sleeping. Minor irritability.

I used the K2 Summit blend for about 3-4 weeks and left for a trip. I did not loose 1 night of sleep or even notice it was gone. That was probably a combination of less extensive use and being away.

I am sure symtoms would hae been different with more extensive use, but in my case, I would have to say the symptoms were EXTREMELY minimal. The worse symptom was just wanting to smoke.

I started smoking normal weed again now.

i cant smoke normal weed again didnt any of you read the full thread?
and ah okay im going to just not buy anymore and quit ct

My fiance has been trying to quit smoking weed and JWH-018/073/250. he is having such bad withdrawls.I mean it gets so bad to the point that he is threatening to take his life and then he just cries and evetually passes out and goes to sleep. But im just afraid of how to deal with this. and how to help him over come this withdrawl/addiction.

He's been smoking for over a year now and i know his tolerance is Extremely high.Like smoking every 1/2 hour til he goes to bed, everyday.

Im afraid to leave him alone just so he doesnt do anything harmful while im at work.

Does any one have any suggestions you can give me?

thanks a bunch

Strange, I just finished up about a week smoking crazy amounts of jwh and I'm not having any problems. I mean I wouldn't turn down a hit, but nothing I would call WD's.

Hate to hear he is having so much trouble, Tampering down is the best way, a lill less each day till its all done and on the road to success, Stay strong

Well i think just some will power did it. Cuz he finally slept through a whole night. And he didnt have any episodes last night. So i think we are officially done with the worst of it.

I wonder if your BF wouldn't benefit from seeing a doctor and getting on an SSRI or other antidepressant. It sounds like he's suffering from some major depressive issues and is using JWH-xxx and THC to self-medicate.

trust me i know he doesnt have any sort of depression that he's trying to hide. He would be fine the few times he would quit smoking weed. But i think its somthing woth the chemicals in JWH that were causing such bad withdrawls.B/C he just started smoking it a little over a year ago.

depression

Depression is serious stuff and really shouldn't be "treated" with a substance that is itself a depressive (weed or the JWH compounds). When you feel lethargic and utterly unmotivated through depression the last thing you need is something that turns you into even more of a couch potato! Have your boyfriend see his doctor...some really effective antidepressants are available in generic form and could make a dramatic difference (it did for me). As for withdrawal symptoms on JWH, I have noticed nothing, not even the crankiness you get from stopping maryjane.

I wonder if any of these people who have been through "terrible" cannabinoid withdrawals have ever been through any real withdrawals, such as benzos, opiates, alcohol, etc.....The worst you might feel from quitting cannabinoids is boredom and lack of appetite/sleep. How horrible.

Did you ignore my list of symptoms, most of which are worse than boredom or lack of appetite/sleep?
