Misc Jwh-073 have serious questions now PLEASE HELP

I was given a urine drug test last monday by my probation office. But had no clue they would be taking a sample to be sent off the the lab for legal incense testing. Well turns out that i tested positive for the ingredient known as JWH-073. Now the stuff i had been smoking was called LuckyCharms and i purchased it for $5 per gram. and got 3 of them. The last time i smoked was Jan.1-4 and did not smoke regularly up to that point. Everything ive ever heard or read stated that these illegal ingredients can only be tested for 72hrs-7 days after consumption. So today i made them test me again stating that the results could not be true. Does anybody have any knowledge of this or am i screwed??

Alright then WELL what is the average time it can stay in a persons system? Ive tried google no good.

like a lot of these untested, unresearched chemicals, we have no way of knowing the specifics of synthetic cannabinoids.
you run many risks when you take this stuff - sure it is cheap/available, but very little is known about most of them. at least now you know what chemical was in the blend...

Unfortunately the other posters are right. There's hardly any research on new chemicals like this, so it's hard to know.

I realize that it blows you tested positive for it. Hopefully the court/probation officer will take into consideration the fact that it's legal. I mean, you break probation for using anything (usually, tho its different from case to case), but hopefully they'll consider the fact that it's not an illegal drug.
