Misc JWH-018 and propylene glycol

Anyone know if there is a process to get a mixture of JWH and PG that will have both substances vaporize around the same temp levels?

If so could you please point me in the right direction? Im looking to make an effective mixture that will vaporize in an E-NI a.k.a electronic cigarette.

I considered doing this, but JWH-018 is only soluble in PG at like 8mg/ml or something small like that, so you'd have to be puffing on the thing like a madman to get an effect. I think the only way this would work is if you made a suspension (vg probably better for that) and didn't worry about the damage being done to the atty.
