JWH-018 and JWH-073

I understand where your coming from, its just that i passed the first test, then failed the next, which looks horrible.

But, between the two, they changed the test. It could mean that you took something between the tests, that urine metabolite levels increased for some reason without having taken more drug, or just that the new test is more sensitive/the new metabolites more persistent...

True, I need to talk to my attorney before i know much more about whats going to happen though, then I'll try to do some more in-depth research, even though i cant find anything :/

got the re-test results back, sample CAME BACK NEGATIVE. never been so relieved in my life. Now I wish i woulda got locked up for like a day before the sample came back so I could sue redwood >:)

Yeah glad it worked out :) Did they just re-test the same sample, or did you give another?

Wow very interesting thread you must live in a very rich county for them to go so balls out with the testing that must be very expensive!

Wow that's crazy, I'm in a similar siuation right now. I'm mandated to an outpatient and get urine tested every week, this past week I noticed that an additional panel was added for "spice" which they have never done before. After doing some research on the lab they use I discovered that the test is only for JWH018 and JWH073 and their metabolites. I do smoke spice occasionally but only one brand and the package specifically states that it contains no 018 or 073, as well as many other compounds. I've been worrying a lot that it will show up anyways though and the results will be back this Thursday. If anyone has info that could put my mind at ease I would. Really appreciate it. Otherwise, I will post the results when I get them back and we will see if the "new" spice can be detected by these tests

What jurisdiction are you in that they would be testing you for very-recently-scheduled compounds? I haven't heard of such a restriction ever being imposed anywhere in the US.

A lot of programs are adopting Redwoods patented tests. SASSI Pennsylvania is apparently starting. It says so on their website.

Think about how many people in drug teatment programs are beating the system (if you can call it that). Really you are beating your self.

Yeah I'm sure court ordered drug treatment works great, can't believe people would disrespect that :\

Ok, but still, I don't really see how you'd be cheating yourself by getting stoned occasionally - unless you're trying to quit getting stoned.

The fact is that someone will only stop getting high if they actually want to. Obviously I don't, now does anyone know about this or am I going to be the guinnea pig here.. Which I really hope not because they could force me to go away to rehab over this spice bullshit, well that or jail. Both of which id like to avoid and keep my job

Sorry DoggiFizzle, we don't know. Nobody (but the manufacturer) knows what's in the 'spice', and it depends on what metabolites they're looking for. If the OP's right, and it's N-dealkylated JWH's with or without additional hydroxy groups, any of the JWH's with a naphthalene ring, or methoxylated naphthalene ring like JWH-081, would likely make you test positive.

Good luck, and let us know what happens.

Thanks, I known this isn't any redwood level testing, as I have given them like 50% water before and never heard anything about the ph or creatine levels being off, I was drinking tons of water and my pee was reallly clear when I gave it that day so hopefully it will come back negative. In any case I will find out tomorrow and post my findings on here so people will know. If this doesn't show up then I guess the RC market is one step ahead. I tried emailing the company that makes the stuff "super kush" asking which specifc analog it contains but I got no response, which didn't suprise me at all. Whatever happens is gonna happen, I have no control over it now but I certainly won't be smoking it anymore..

Well I haven't heard anything back yet, but I guess no news is good news with that. I mean I'm certainly not going to ask them, but someone else did test positive for it and they're doing confirmation tests for him. I'm trying to get in contact with that person and ask him a few questions.. ill keep everyone posted on what happens

20 plus positives in the last month I'm one of them, hope the confirmation comes back negative cause I was flushing but otherwise I'm going to jail anyone who's reading this and smokes spice secrectly stop now and save yourselves they will be testing for it everywhere in the near future and its not just 018 and 073 there's about 20 different ones they test for and the cutoff is 1ng very loww

Shit, that's messed up. How long were you supposed to have been clean for before the test?

It'd been like 8 months now and they're saying shit like "we know you've been smoking it the whole time" but I'm making no admissions as per the advice of my attorney and other people are fessing up to it

I get tested like 3xs a week for k2. Never used k2 prior but tried once around time they ordered it. March 20th when I did it and here it is may and keep testing positive. They said one week tested for jwh018 jwh073 then week later till now it's been jwh 018 jwh 073 and am 2201. I'm going to lose my son over these tests being cps and guardian ad litem has it out for me. They are now talking impatient rehab. But it gets sent to lab and no levels are shown. Any ideas on how? I need a good lawyer instead of the "d" student of the class. I just can't believe how bad cps has broken up my family. I was on perscription methadone while preg and they took him with promises of getting him quicker because jury would not have sympathy on me if I just sign their plea bargain so of course I did and here we are close to six months. See him 4 hrs a wk and positive k2 results. So helpless. Any input id appreciate thanks
