JWH-015 and JWH-018 legal status

They should get together and start a forum. I can draw a cool bee graphic that would be awesome for it's logo. Good call.

What's the legislation say - does it specify all 3-naphthoyl-1-alkylindoles whether or not further substiuted in the naphthyl ring with alkyl, alkoxy, halo or hydroxy groups to any extent?

That's how I'd have worded something to cover all the JWH range (they can't just say syntheic cannabinoids as that leaves the law incredibly vague & unworkable)

I wonder if it is really withheld because it WOULD be in the public interest. ie it probably mentions a substance that we would like to get our hands on but don't know about yet ;)
 
I really don't understand why people try to eyeball this stuff, its just asking for bad experiences. I mean, a good mg scale can be found on online auction sites and the like for barely $20. Thank you Hong Kong.

For some of us, there's no such thing as too much. I'm limited by how fast I can smoke weed or vaporize JWH.

Second, the residue in your pipe makes weighing doses of JWH-018 completely inaccurate. Too much condenses on the insides of any pipe and gets re-vaporized when you load it with fresh JWH-018. So you never know how much you're getting in each hit. Good luck clening the pipe between doses.
 
What happens when someone in the uk orders jwh from abroad and customs confiscate it. Is the buyer then subject to criminal charges?
Has this happened yet in the uk?

P.S. Except for cannabis itself and all cannabinols (THC and structurally related ones) there are no other cannabinoids in Australia's ban list. See here. Big ups to Erowid for providing the link!
 
leagality of JWH 250 vs JWH 018

I am not a chemist and have no firm understanding of what exactly a homologue of JWH 018/ JWH 073 would be. I live in Missouri where those two chemicals have been banned. I am wondering if JWH 250 or JWH 019 would be considered a homologue of the banned substances....HELP!
 
I'm not a chemist but I always understood a homolog as a substitution on the nitrogen. These things (except I think jwh-200) don't even have one. Someone who actually knows what they're talking about will correct me in..

Why does it matter? Does Missouri law mention homologs? I'm in Kansas, kinda curious about the exact wording here as well, 018 aand 073 are definately illegal here, too.
 
This week the Iowa State Assembly passed a bill to make jwh018 Spice illegal
 
The Missouri bill that will take effect Aug 28, 2010 says this about JWH 018/073:

Any material, compound, mixture or preparation which contains any quantity of the following hallucinogenic substances, their salts, isomers and salts of isomers, unless specifically excepted, whenever the existence of these salts, isomers, and salts of isomers is possible within the specific chemical designation:
Indole, or 1-butyl-3(1-naphthoyl)indole;
Indole, or 1-pentyl-3(1-naphthoyl)indole;

Does this somehow include JWH 250 or JWH 019? Or does it simply apply to the specific chemicals of JWH 018 and O73?
 
My friend used my computer and info to buy jwh on my computer.
the post office tracked the package and said that a notice had been left at my house where his dumb ass ordered it to. they said they left a notice of attempted delivery but we didnt see it at the house. they said it could be pick up at the post office but when my friend did this before it was not like this. JWH is legal in PA and the USA because it is not a scheduled chemical. whats to think?
