Bupe Just tried plugging for the first time!

Hey Guys i hope everyone is having a nice night.

Its Opiates here again with a few question about plugging and with a play by play of how this just happened.

Everywhere ive read it said to take it slow and that it HITS you when you plug shit. So i had a suboxone film and i cut it into around a 1-1.5mg slice of my 8mg sub. Im already 3 bars deep and about 2mg into my sub.

I find a insulin syringe that we use for my dog. I took off the needle part and tossed it away. I go into my room where i find a spoon and my sub. I put the strip of the sub on the spoon. I added a little bit of water, just enough to dissolve the strip away.

Once it dissolved, i suck it up into the syringe and i go for it (right into the bootyhole) i push the plunger down and when i feel that there is nothing left to push i remove the syringe. Then i layed on my side for a few minutes.

Now its been probably 15 mins since i did this and im higher than i was before but still not where i want to be at....
Questions:
1.) did i do something wrong?
2.) How long will it take to full hit? since it is suboxone and time released
3.) if you have any experience plugging please let me know

Plugging definitely doesn't hit instantly. I plug all my adderall and always plug buprenorphine too. It has the highest BA without resorting to needles, for those two drugs that is.

I ground up whatever pill inside of a ramekin, then add 2-4ml of water. Stir the solution for a bit, then suck it up and plug it. Works every time.

Thanks for posting this thread. I have been using the same needle atleast 10 times for bupe, and am wondering about other routes. Also note bupe does not give a rush, and from what I've heard (correct me if I'm wrong) there is a ceiling effect to bupe. You can only get so high on it.

yeah, so does EDM.

back to the actual question; plugging isn't an instant hit. i'd say it takes between around 25-30 mins on average for the full effects to take hold (for me personally).
