Just took 150ml tramadol, if I take an OP 20 will I feel the effects?

So I have an opiate tolerance and I took 150mg of tramadol because it helps get rid of my sweats that come from withdrawing, now I got my hands on an OP 20 , I read some places that some people won't feel the opiate high due to the tramadol attaching to some opiate receptors? Thanks so much!

You will feel the OP 20, it should not hinder any of the effects.
