This post is a fantastic example of why you should NEVER take any pill unless you personally know what it is. I don't care if your boy told you its only dxm or that its for sure a vicodin, get off your lazy monkey ass and get on the computer and go to one of the many sites where you can search an imprint code and find out for sure for yourself what something is before you injest it. Five minutes worth of effort vs. fucking your body up or dying because you took a massive overdose of a substance you didn't know you were injesting. You make the call.

no one's dicksizing; people are putting things in perspective. albeit a fucked up perspective, but still. I took 13,000 mg of APAP in 2 back to back days and survived. I thought I was taking 325mg APAP pills combined with something else, when they were really 500mg. STUPID on my behalf, since the 500mg combos are fucking HUGE compared to the 325s. BUT, I'm still here. Nothing I'd advocate, or do again, but just sayin'...

My doctor told me that when you're young, and healthy, you can get away with taking 6 grams in a 24 hour period. 4 is and should be the limit, but a lot has to do with liability by the medicine's manufactorer. Back when I was taking Lortab 7.5/500 8 times a day prescribed and it wasn't cutting it, I was ordered to take NO MORE THAN 10 a day if I wanted to increase the dosage until my next prescription.

I've been on APAP containing painkillers day-in-day out for over 2 years now, and hadn't had a liver test once. I really, really should. I can't imagine what it looks like, even though I've stuck to the 4mg or below APAP range (for the most part).

No one is dicksizing, just telling the kid (and others) that they've taken similar doses and lived. No one's telling him not to go to the hospital either, but they're just sayin... they're here still.

13,000mg in 2 days is less than HALF of what this kid did in a few hours...

whether you are dicksizing or not you are posting that you took 13,000mg and survived and that has no place in this thread because you have not taken a similar dose to the OP at all, you took 6,500mg each day, he took 15,000mg in a couple hours, no shit you "survived" 8)

^ idk... law nowdays doesn't always work like it should. I'm not 100% sure about this but i've heard that selling e would get you in jail for "murder". In that case the people you are selling to also gobble the pills on their own.

You'd be surprised low little regard society has for "degenerate drug users", which is most likely what they will see him as if he does croak.

i HATE people who think they know everything about drugs...
one of my dudes (primarily the one i'm referring to) bought a 50mcg/hr patch off me and i told him over and over to be REALLY REALLY careful and to only use a tiny drop of gew at a time......well,, an hour later he calls me and is like......"just killed that patch"..... i was freakin the fuck out!! i told him that he better have someone drive him to the ER pronto but he kept sayin that he didnt feel shit. Finally i ask him how he took it and he said "i just ate the gel" and i realized that this dude is an idiot and that he swallowed it right away. so i calmed down in relief cause i know fentanyl gets eaten in ur stomach and becomes worthless...
and i told him...."wow u just wasted a whole patch, but your lucky you did cause if u took it the correct way you would be dead"

Yep... I've recently had problems with insomnia, severe sleep deprivation & depression, and was dumb enough to admit recent drug use to medical personnel. My pulse/blood pressure were taken and I was sent out the door without so much as an aspirin tablet.

Doesn't matter what was actually causing the sleep problems or depression, whether they were related to substance use or something else. Nobody even bothered to ask any details. Instant diagnosis "drug abuse" as soon as the words "I used drugs recently" left my mouth, along with obvious disinterest in treating me.

I always tell people the same thing. Its funny, if you were walking down the street and some guy you didn't know handed you a glass of liquid and said 'hey drink this' 99.9% of people would be like 'fuck you man I don't know what that is' but if a clueless friend or a dealer that they barely know hands them some pills they take their word for what the substance is like it is gospel.

I mean shit, I have a friend who got a "15mg morphine pill" offa somebody he knew from school. This dude never took opiates before and he was about to take it. So I see the pill and am thinking it looks kinda big for a 15, and on one side of it is CLEARLY the number '200'. His dumb ass friend gave him a 200mg and he almost ate it without even a second though.

My friend did that with codeine/APAP pills. The amount was exactly the same. She passed out and their mates called an ambulance. I don't know what they did to her but she was discharged within a day and is fine now. Not to mention everyone got at me it was my fault. She called me for the name of the drug. How the fuck was I supposed to know she was going to pop up 30 tablets without extraction which I obviously talked about with her about. I really hated myself when I found out she was in a hospital but then I was like 'fuck her' when I heard she said I told her to take these pills. I laughed my ass off. Yeah, I told her to kill herself... Stupid. She's finer than me now in fact.

yes. probably manslaughter though. But unless his lawyer was a retard he would get off with it... He gave the kid cold medicine, not crack, so it would be easy to get off I think.

you can get charged for pretty much anything, whether or not there is an actual possibility of being found guilty is another thing...

I cannot believe when I see on here people taking pills and they don't know whats in them. Just stupid. or taking 3 OC 80's in a night at a party while drunk already. That is where most of the ODs come from.
