Just took 15,000mg of acetaminophen

Am I going to die? My friend gave me 48 pills and told me that they were robo gels containing only dxm. He just called me on the phone 5 minutes ago telling me that they were actually some generic off brand he got. Each pill has 325mg of acetaminophen... so idk what I should do.
 
wow is dxm really that good??? like i mean if its worth it to eat 48 pills it must..... christ herion and coke were good enough for me to boot it... if your eating 48 pills it must be one hell of a buzz or your americian....hahah j/k
 
PLEASE DIAL 911 and/or go straight to the HOSPITAL. Your life could depend on it!!!
 
Many a post I've seen regarding safety after consumption of large amounts of various substances; but this is the first one with five figures before the "mg".
 
I've survived almost as much. But, anyway, go to the hospital. APAP deaths usually take 1-2 days to occur and are extremely painful, not so much initially but especially the next day.
 
^ thats a very dangerous thing to say. sure people have survived that much APAP, but often it is because they have built up a tolerance over the course of months. a single dose that high is very dangerous. dick-sizing and harm reduction cannot usually be combined in the same post.

please dont take nuke's comment to mean that you are in the clear. no one here can tell you if you will be safe or not, but with a dose like that you should definitely go see a doctor to be sure.
 
You can also get a bunch of NAC. What Is NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine)? NAC has been shown to antidote acetaminophen (Tylenol) poisoning, mercury poisoning, and even arsenic poisoning. Mercury is especially important because of the increasing evidence linking mercury amalgam dental fillings with the onset of degenerative diseases such as Multiple Sclerosis. NAC chelates, i.e. "grabs" heavy metals and removes them from the body.

NAC can help to prevent damage to the liver caused from overuse of acetaminophen (Tylenol). NAC is the standard medical treatment for acetaminophen overdose. It is prudent to take NAC whenever one uses acetaminophen.

NAC is an excellent mucolytic agent. It keeps the membranes of the respiratory system moist, thereby lessening the irritation of dry air, dust, and pollutants. It also helps the immune system to do its job properly in the respiratory tract. NAC is available as a prescription drug for this purpose, but you can buy NAC over the counter for far less money.


you can buy at GNC for around 10-12 bucks a bottle I would also suggest getting milk thistle.

I would suggest speaking with a doc aswell.
 
Unless you have a IV bag of NAC laying around get to the hospital, no need to call an ambulance though.

Depending on time of ingestion you might be able to induce vomiting, everyone should know how to do this.

NAC for a true acetaminophin overdose really needs to be administered IV, its really difficult to take enough orally and absorb it to matter.
Now if you are currently taking aceta daily or take a large dose, but under true overdose taking NAC is certainly a good idea.

But 15 grams is too much to risk, go to the ER and make sure they don't confuse you for attempted suicide case!
 
FUck I remember I ate 40 dxm gel caps and my buddy ate 60. We were tripping balls. One of my friends told us to do a real drug. I said fuck good idea. I was so fucked up! Dxm was fun the first time I ever did it.
