Ok hey guys I'm new and want to say hai first..... so hai

Problem: Oxycodone IR Addiction
Weight: 130-140KG / 286-308 Pounds
Ok I has a problem with Oxynorm 120-140mg a day of the IR not the CT or SR ones and decided to get off them as well as Xanax problem.
They put me on Suboxon first but I had a reaction to it and had to stop it so i was switched. Got to 12mg/3mg
Started at 5ml/10mg now at 5ml/25mg and Monday try and get him to put me on 40 mg I'm still getting cravings not as bad but still am. 25mg is way to low for someone who had 120+mg of oxycodone a day.
Also how come the MG increase but the mls stay at 5 at what point does the mls go up for say 10mls or 20mls can someone explain that to me as well.
Example right now I'm 5mls/25mg
Should it not be going up from 5mls to 10mls?? need some help on that as well as a good dose point for me.
And what dose is the highest a person could go to before things go bad and need to go to the ER
