Hi peeps. I've looked through these pages a few times during the course of my research, and have gotten to know a few names. I thought I'd sign up today to share my first experience of aMT. I'm not a regular wreck-head these days, but this has been a mental day! I'm still off my barnet, everything is hard work, but I'll try to make sure I post in the right place.

Thanks, I've got a friend I've learned alot from, so I know a bit, but that hunger for knowledge is always lurking there no matter what. haha
