Heroin just realized

that i just did 2 shots of 2 bags each heroin IV of course, and i realized that what I thought was water i was mixing up the shot with was actually fruit flavored sugar free seltzer!!!! which had gone flat...

I seem ok at the moment but i'm wondering if that can cause any complications outside of the normal risks of iv anything???
