Just moved I know noone....moving sucks

Anyone ever had experiences about moving and not knowing where to score?? Seriously i know fucking noone, have no friends...how the fuck do you mingle with people?? Ive always had that group of friends, how the fuck do I find people who enjoy hard drugs??? Any advise would be great im wondering if other people have any similiar experiences
