Okay so I got my hands on some promethazine HCI supositories and im wondering if these will do anything for a high or if they're not even worth using. Can someone help me out?

Welcome! Promethazine is a good potentiator, though may be somewhat dull on its own. Try using the search engine.
A good beginning dose would be 25mg. I wouldn't exceed this until you are comfortable with the drug.
