Bupe Just jumped from 130mg of meth to bupe, need some insight

Thank you for your kind words, after reading about how doses like 2mg 2x a day or 3x can allow the norbuprenorphine to work providing a better feeling, my doctor is giving me the film this month and I want to nbe on a low dose, but not get off it because the anti-anxiety/depression effect as well as having no cravings for heroin or other opiods. I got down to 2mg a day a year ago, but only for a couple of weeks as I did it to fast and I was in a bad living sitituation, but I want to really taper down and feel even less dependent on opiods, ill continue to get 24mg a day so I have a large supply incase of emergency.

I plan to get down to 2mg twice a day, I'm getting the film this month so ill read the megathread and do it right, I don't want to get off it though as it helps my anxiety & depression. This drug is saving my life.

I sniffed 8mg last night and know its still in my system, but only sniffed 3mg this morning and I feel great, I know that norbupe still won't have a effect until I taper and get the bupe blood levels down, but I feel great and I know if I use no more than 10mg today I will be just as stable as 16mg, that's what I love about this drug, you need not use your full dose everyday and you'll be fine, unlike meth if I'm on 100mg and take only 40mg ill feel terrible.

you should try going lower and see how you feel....
