i was actually remarking on the outdatedness of those pictures.those pictures, like that video game quote, are so overplayed. they've been going around the net for a really long time, with people claiming that woman was on everything from heroin to crack to meth. but it was sharp and intellegent of you to notice that play on words. 10 points for you.

on a totally unrelated note, the world now works on a point system, with individuals being rewarded points for doing smart worthwhile or otherwise amusing things. the one with the most points at the end is our new god. 812gethigh is -60.
 
looks like 1988-89 werent great years for her

long term use of any drug is bad for you, long term use of drugs which may lead you to neglect your health aswell, such as meth, crack, some opiate users will cause a lot more physical deterioration

the not sleeping and malnutrition take their toll
 
It's easy to understand how a girl like this could smoke crack for 9 years. Both of her parents were dead, all she wanted to do was be as numb as possible. Given I dont think crack is right thing to be doing, but thats the only thing she lived for. Im really curious to see if she relapsed.
 
Sucks how escaping reality and the numbing of the senses can become as addictive as the drug itself.

Does anyone remember that commercial with the halfway good looking old junky lady on it?

She pulls her wig off, wipes off her make up, takes her teeth out and by the end of the ad she looks like the Crypt Keeper.

There's a lesson in all that, don't do Heroin unless you can afford dentures and a wig later in life. (because lord knows that most old people are in top physical condition.)

Most of these: "look at this old user" scare tactics are funny. Shit any of these users look better then my straight edge grandparents, who all happen to be in pine boxes.
 
It's really amazing how that dame could smoke crack for nine years starting 1979, when crack didn't exist before 1985, and not until 1986 became big all over US...
 
i was thinking the same thing prisoner. trying to sacre our youth again. when i was in elementary school in the 80's the teachers told us that marijuana leads to crack. well, my father smokes weed and needless to say, it caused problems at home when i was a child.

damm media and school systems try brain washing our kids in america.

yeah, it actually is the long term effects of abuse of methamphetamine.
that was in the local newspapers all over the states and canada.
she got caught doing something slanderous/illegal and the reason they let her go scott free was cause she agreed to let drugfree campaigns and groups use those very detailed and disgusting pictures. then i read another article with an interview with her in her home town, not to long ago, and she said "if i knew the level of negative feedback i would of got from this beforehand, i would of took the jailterm or sentencing over it anyday. i can't even walk down the street each day with someone pointing at me, or commenting."
harsh shit, i think shes just wiggin tho.

those pics are a good reason to stop, and not let yourself get caught up in an addiction of no return. sometimes the swimming in psycosis isn't as warm as you thought it would, sometimes you never know.

brickwalls do stop you in your tracks. so now we can label meth with yet another slang term for junkies to use here and there.......and where not.

Smoking crack makes me *feel* like I look like that...and I'm a 19 year old, good looking guy...I haven't smoked crack in a very long time...
 
Wow do some of u guys have it wrong! Crack is one of the worst drugs out there to fuck u up, "cool"! yeah u get a good hit off it, i have lots of crack addicted friends whose lives are fucked coz of the stuff, they have psychosis+have strange palpatating fits after a pipe, i used it everyday for about 12months+that fucked me up enough, now the best i can do is keep it to once every month or so, +i wish i didnt feel the need for it.
+the come down u get after a night smoking,WOW, and the money u can spend, if you've got it or have acess to it $$££ you'll spend it!
This stuff can skint a millionaire pretty quickly, just look at Lord Blanford.
Keep away from it, stick to your weed.
