I made some strong extract from a bunch of salvia leaves and boiled it down to less than a teaspoon. It is now under ,my tounge. I am starting to feel it. It has been 3 or 4 minutes. I hope this works.

Held it in for about an hour, feeling it prett strong, but not strond enough. Gona go smoke some now.

The extract still had a little bit of moisture, and did not burn. The effects of the salvia lasted about 2 hours. A lot longer than smoked salvia, but not nearly as strong. Maybe it would be good with two or three times as much. I was pretty high, but the psychedelic/dissociative effects were not very strong at that level. There was some euphoria, usually smoked salvia is not euphoric.

Meh, not very cunted for a Friday afternoon. Snorted some speed at about 12pm to help with the house cleaning (seems to get done so much faster ). Then one of my mates rang up and wanted to come round and drink beer. Far be it from me to ruin his day, so I spent the best part of the afternoon drinking beer.

Speed is wearing off now, so I am feeling kind of hazy. Once mum gets home I'll crack a bottle of wine and get that buzz going again.
