What items were you buying? Is it better to improve latency and reproduction, or work on damage and immunity? My theory is that latency and reproduction are more important because if there are thousands of your virus around it won't matter if some get killed.
 
Yeah I put all my points into them early on but as the anti bodies and biotics got heavier, I put money in the other ones.

It's all hand eye co-ordination and mouse speed. Don't forget to collect the bonuses.
 
Yeah, I need to play it without my shitty wireless mouse that always moves in random places and lags about half a second behind when you move it.

I've also realised that there's no time bonus for finishing a level quickly, so the best approach is to do everything except the last one you need, and then hang back until there are only a few seconds left. That way you can catch any bonus things that float past.
 
Yeah that was what I was doing at first, but you do get additional score for time but not points. So it's a bit of a trade of, although if you get the +500 point bonus on the first level. It makes the rest of the game easier :)
 
Heheheh, how GOOD is it! :D

Grab her by the arms and quickly flick the mouse up towards the top left. If you're lucky she'll take up a perfect dive position end up flying for miles before making a spectacular face plant into one of the balls! =D
