nah, this is obviously a link thread though, so i don't see why it should be confined strictly to humour. post stuff that's good to read, too.

and astro, that's sad, but so poignant too; as i opened that page, "needle in the hay" by elliot smith *just* came on in my winamp playlist. and i've been thinking a great deal about kurt the last couple of days (i can't believe it's been ten years, woah).

very very sad :(
 
^^Am I the only person who doesn't feel as if 'cousin Kurt' is a great loss?. Everyone seems so familiar and ready to give their life to bring him back. He was just a brilliant music man who managed to do away with himself before his time.

Kinda the same as the other 98793473 brilliant music men, who killed themselves in other less conventional ways. Like overdosing. Or eating too much greasy food...
