Many Suboxone doctors like mine will give you a card to put in your wallet to let the doctor know your on it. It describes the options your given when you get injured. You can just as easily tell the doctor that your on it as well.

give it a shot! i doubt they'll prescribe buprenorphine for a broken toe , but it's always worth a try. (unless i'm misreading your post and you're already prescribed, in which case yer already set.)
