got pulled over at noon while sober 3 weeks ago. just got my court summons, got a DUI for having innactive metabolites in my system from smoking two days prior.

if you smoke, the cops can bone you with a DUI whether you are high or not

Thanks brs, but we don't allow discussion of that sort of stuff here --- our BL legal discussion forum is non-posting-in for good reason, and we are all over the world, all the jurisdictions are different --- that "warning" may not be true for everyone.
