Just a question about Ecstasy effects

I'm not an experienced user at all. Just have done it 3 times. Always love it, but I find the sensation a little bit strange, I don't know if its normal or I just took something different than xtc.

1st time. 1 dutch pill. I loved it, as I supposed did everyone. But my jaw went crazy the whole night. I couldn't stop moving my tongue either.

2nd time. A pill from Ibiza. They told us it was MDMA + mescaline. Which I don't know if it's true. It took me a while to start feeling the effects (1h 30m) But then, for like 10-20 minutes (im not really sure), I got into a kind of panic attack. I was nervous as fuck, and regretting having taken the pill. I started drinking water like crazy. Very, very thirsty. Luckily suddenly peace came, and I felt in the sky. It was amazing. But I hated that first sensation. The nice thing is that my jaw was very relaxed the whole night.

3rd timie. MDMA, brown crystals. And again, waiting a while for the effect to come (almost 2 h). And then I also got anxious, didnt want to talk to anyone, just sit in a relaxed zone of the club. Some girls tried to have fun with me but I completely ignored them. Then peace came, and I went like crazy to the dance floor. Fell in love with everyone, etc... This time, just a little bit of jaw clenching.

It's like the mdma from the first time and the one from 2 and 3rd time (same dealer) were different with the panic effect and the jaw clenching. A friend of mine told me that the initial rush you get with MDMA is quite normal, and it's something no one likes. It makes me wonder what I had first time, then...

I hope you can clarify some aspects ;)

are you kidding the initial rush is goodness. i dont know anyone that does not like the initial mdma rush/effects.

the first one sounds like mdma ('jaw went crazy' and 'couldnt stop moving my tongue' are typical mdma effects, whereas the second and third sound more like mda or mdea. you should be well and truly feeling the good effects from mdma within the hour, whereas mda and i believe mdea take a little longer to come on.

I don't like the initial rush. It's uncomfortable, confusing and potentially panic-inducing. But once it's over, your In!

Can't really tell what you're asking, but I'll clarify a few things for you.

It's normal to have panic attacks when taking high doses of stimulants. It really is. The things that increase your chances of panic attacks are:
A) Stimulant overuse (Take a longer break from ecstasy.)
B) GABAergic drug abuse (Alcohol, GHB, Benzos, Barbuturiates, and many others).
C) Over analysis on the effects of the drug. Fear of losing control. Fear of death. Fear of the unknown in general.

Some steps you can take are:
A)Take longer breaks between rolling sessions.
B)Avoid alcohol, benzos or GHB prior to rolling.
C)When taking your pill, it is best to focus on your surroundings and not on the drug. The scene may not be the same without the intensity of ecstasy euphoria, but it is best to not worry as worrying is like carrying an umbrella over your head everywhere even though it may never rain.

Unfortunately it is nearly impossible to tell what you took. MDMA can cause panic attacks. Other MDMA relatives can invoke them as well. Many a time I have experienced that the speedier type mixtures will induce panic in those prone to it.

Edit: Panic attacks are not always a bad thing. I see them as your body having an internal safety net keeping you from abusing/overdosing on said drug.

Agreed.

At least your body can throw off a warning before it's too late.

Oh, yes, Im sorry I wasnt clear. Well, I wanted to ask if what I felt was normal, or it was because I got another drug instead. (MDA...)

In my case, I suppose it was c. I always over analyse everything. And I was scared of the unknown, even If i had taken mdma before (just once though).

I will try to analyze what I got ASAP. I have to say I really enjoyed it, me and my friends. It was fucking amazing. Connecting all the time with everyone and loving the girls especially. It really sounds like MDMA. But the strange is none of us got any jaw clenching. Maybe a little bit of pressure on the jaw, but nothing compared to my first XTC pill.
