Its easy to find drugs here, doesnt mean they are good you know. You can find weed and cocaine on every corner, but the weed its sometimes only branches, moldy, insects with it, dark color...straigh up garbage, and the cocaine its sooooooooo mixed up, with medications, flour, anything white, sometimes even plaster. Of course, if you have the connections you can get it in a descent quality but when you do, you face insane prices for what you are actually paying.
I don't know much about your beautiful country; I am a former drunk on prescribed meds for the damage I did drinking. For some reason drugs other than alcohol and nicotine( more people get addicted to cigarettes and other tobacco products, that the percentage of people who smoke and get addicted is so much higher( no pun intended) That shit is so addictive. But I just have seen, read and heard so many successful people ruining their lives with hard drugs. That ( hard drugs) scare me. It is weird the coke in the UK is apparently pretty good( don't wanna find out) and in Michigan there are so many pot shops and even the cheap shit is apparently still good. We have have billboards and last week I was mailed coupons from one place offering a free joint to first time customers. The dispensaries or pot shops look like candy stores with all the edibles and all sorts of different strains and prices. There is a lot of competition so prices( compared to what people make are good. And so many types of edibles.
Anyways I am surprised that ( I am not an illegal drug user) The Marijuana is shit and that the cocaine is not almost pure. You even said it was heavily cut.
I guess it just pure greed. I mean it is on the same continent as where coca leaves are grown and turned into the base cocaine paste and then further refined.
I guess drug dealers are the same everywhere. Lol. I believe you and I guess it's who you know. I have heard that the coke in Mexico is actually pretty cheap and good. I guess the cartels want it to be good so that Foreigners who don't normally use, will get hooked and end up buying it Europe, Canada and of course America.
The Sinaloa Cartel( was and still maybe the most powerful, put up banners saying that they will not ship Fentanyl anymore.
I guess killing off over 100,000 people a year( and not just from the fentanyl but it ending up other drugs also) is bad for business.lol( not at the deaths but a drug cartel announcing that a drug is to bad for even them to sell).
Anyways, It is sad that criminals is your beautiful country, have made people nervous about going there. The government can't stop criminals from getting machine guns; so why don't they make easy and also allow pistols with higher calibers to be carried by law abidding citizens? And even allow with background checks and allow machine guns? That would really hurt the kidnapping for ransome gangs, if the they tried to kidnap someone and they pulled a Glock 18 machine pistol and had a spare on them. 20 rounds a second in full auto mode with 9mm hollow points and a second one the fight off any survivors.
I don't mean vigilante justice but self defense and a bullet hose like a Glock 18 with 33 to 40 round mags emptied into them in 2 seconds and a spare to take out survivors and get cover to reload would absolutely destroy the criminal element. And like Columbia the successful have bodyguards with machine guns( legally) not sure if that has changed.
But I live near Detroit and it is a violent place. But the suburbs are very safe because of all the legal armed( handguns for carrying and really nice military style semi automatic rifles and shotguns, easily available) but in your country; Machine guns, or submachine guns or machine pistols would wipe out a lot of the predatoral criminals. Crime goes down in areas of America where getting a handgun(s) carry permits or laws that allow non criminals (21 and over to carry guns). Criminals( I mean violent ones) know they could very easily get into a gun battle if they tried to rob someone. Criminals carry guns and don't care what the laws are. So why can't law abidding citizens protect themselves? Anyways I just like to rant about guns, because they are quite the equalizer and keep the criminals scared.
Anyways ( again) I like learning about other countries and I just like knowing for the people who lives in other places about what is going on.
