Junkie cheat codes aka tips

protip: if you want a nice snorting device just buy one of those mini beer keg, the straw thing is hardplastic, easily cleaned.
and it's nice to have something sturdy and nice instead of some fucking straw ( i know, it's more hygienic....)


another tip: if you want to crush and snort your pill fast and easy, put the pill on your lips while you walk to the bathroom or whatever and if you're in the bathroom wipe the surface with some TP, and crush your pill with a bic lighter, scrape together, snort, and use the inside of a black sweater/t-shirt to dig in your nose and if you see white you wipe again until theres no white.

This is so true Verso. I ended up fucking up and started back up on heroin (albeit smaller ammounts, I'll have 24 hours by the morning). While I am an IV heroin user, and at this point could never imagine using it in any other way due to my lack of finances, tolerance and needle fetish, I do think that when it comes to heroin, it's ultimately the high that's the best about it, not the rush. I mean, shooting smack feels great (at first), but its nothing like IV coke, or other intravenous stimulants IMO... I find cocaine to be a worthless drug unless injected. While I no longer shoot coke, I could never use it another way, and the euphoric recall is so powerful it's frightening..

But back to shooting dope. It really is a bitch sometimes, especially when you're on the go, and don't have a car. This morning when I picked up for myself and my girl, I first took out two rigs and drew up 80 units of water into one of them, then packed that into my backpack along with a cap and cotton, just to make the process of prepping take not quite as long, since I have to fix it up in a public bathroom often, where people are knocking rudely on the door. Ever since the last time someone walked in on me in a public restroom midway through a shot of heroin, I get very paranoid. I wish I still sniffed honestly, you just rip the bag open and suck it right up with a straw. No need to even bust out lines.

I prefer the needle because of:
1. The rush obviously; you get the awesome rush AND the high.
2. Instant onset, no waiting
3. Better bioavailability
4. Saves money in the short run due to #3.
5. Doing the ritual of banging the dope on its own gives a high.
6. Washes/rinses... Nuff said.
7. Get to call yourself a "real" junkie.

Edit: if you miss shots you used piss poor technique/shot shitty dope and lost your good veins. L2mainline properly before permanently changing your anatomy for the worst. I shot for 3 years pretty much 5-10x daily (not counting IV coke and dilaudid binges randomly included) and only have a single 1 inch track on my right arm. Use 31g pins or get cleaner dope if it clogs.

Not everybody is blessed with good veins. I take care of mine and also use 31g (smallest available ) but my veins are just tiny and weak to begin with. Sometimes I wish I was a male, or just had big ropes for veins impervious to collapse.

I've been thinking more about giving intravenous use a try, but I just cannot bring myself to do it. It sucks because I know that I could get high on just one bag if I were ever to shoot it, but I also know that it wouldn't last and my tolerance would be back to where it is now in no time at all... and also, I really do enjoy sniffing my dope.

We picked up a few bags today, and I was sitting there in the passenger's side of my girlfriend's car, racking up lines and taking my bumps a little more slowly than I normally do. I could feel it in my nose, and I could feel the warmth start to envelope me and my face and it just feels so, so good... I actually like the slow come-up. (shrugs) But different strokes for different folks, I guess.
 
^Seriously, don't do it mate! As much as you've probably heard this, 'giving it a try' is always how it starts and nearly never how it ends.
Am I a hypcrite for saying that? I do mess with the needle from time to time, but I don't mess with dope.

I guess it does make me a little bit of a hypcrite. But please keep in mind, I have your best interest at heart here. ;)

Here's a quick pro-tip for my fellow east coast, powdered heroin enthusiasts...

If you're in a car that's moving and going over bumps and all that, look around for a CD case. Just unhinge the first part of it where the little CD booklet goes, take the booklet out, and dump your bags out onto that. It has those edges along the side that you'll thank god for when the car goes over a bump and you don't lose any of your dope. ;)

Ive done that for snorting both coke and dilaudid. We have some fucking awful roads in certain places here so you have better have something with sides on it if your going to snort shit when the cars going. Ive flipped out over losing abit of dilly or whatever so fucking often :!

Verso: Back when i started IVing i went on sort of the same logic as you are now. I thought hell I'm snorting all this dilaudid and burning through about 100 4mg pills in maybe a few days and I'm only getting about 50% of it so why not IV so i can use less and save gear? That worked out real well alright =D . Yeah i sure started saving alot of gear when i was shooting up 5 times a day atleast trying to no avail to catch a rush. You end up not only not saving anything but actually losing because your habit goes through the roof once you pick up the spike. Also with most opiates such as heroin or dilaudid as examples once you feel that rush the chances of going back to snorting it get's pretty slim.

I'm not going to be a hypocrite and tell you not to do it but id be lying if i said your going to save anything from it and that there are much more downsides to chronic IV drug use then there are upsides.

I always felt bad for most female spikers as they tend to have small veins. Im male with veins that rival the alaskin pipelines in size and diameter and length. Indeed a blessing and a curse. Blessing in i missed a couple units of dope in my entire career, curse in that i didnt have negative consequences physically to iv drug usage. For a visual representation of my veins just hold a #2 pencil over the crook of your arms and your forearms and you got my veins.

Well i wish i had gotten the big veins thing then! Even when i was working out like crazy and bench pressing 300lbs my veins where still shit. I use 30 gauge short tips for my veins as that way i won't poke through or anything and they hardly leave any mark at all behind. There also much easier to handle then long tips i find. After a few weeks of laying off the needle you wouldn't tell i was a IV drug user unless you looked very closely. The only tracks i have are ones that i got as a result of a few IV coke binges. Small deep veins+shooting up coke every 5 minutes=fucking horror show.
 
And for us 'mericans a nickle weighs 5g if i remember correctly. Or a standard paper clip weighs 1g.
